Why we're building Mewv.
But the vet is booked three months out, and the real question — "is this serious?" — never gets a real answer.
That gap is where Mewv lives.
I'm a solo founder, and building Mewv from San Francisco. I grew up loving animals more than people sometimes, and a few years ago ended up in tech almost by accident.
Mewv exists because the system that's supposed to help cat parents doesn't. Reddit threads aren't doctors. Facebook groups aren't qualified. The vets who could help are exhausted and overbooked. And cat parents — alone at 2am, Googling "is this normal" with a worried cat staring at them — deserve better than that.
We're building the trust layer for feline care. Vet-led circles. Verified content. A community of people who actually know what they're talking about, accessible to the cat parent who needs them right now.
If you have a cat — we're building this for you. If you're a feline veterinarian — we're building this with you. Either way, I'd love to meet you.
